Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about Scalion, our technology, and how to get involved.
General / Basics
Scalion is a sovereign, compliant, and high-performance blockchain designed for enterprises, nations, and Web3 adoption. It combines fast finality, scalable throughput, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
The Scalion mainnet is currently under development. The performance figures we share (e.g., sub-second finality, low fees) are expected performance targets described in our Litepaper.
SCAL will serve as the native utility token for gas (transaction fees), staking, and governance.
Roadmap & Updates
A detailed roadmap will be shared with the community in due time. We will ensure that all updates are communicated transparently so everyone stays up to date.
We'll soon activate official social media channels and community groups where you can follow the project, upcoming releases, and ecosystem announcements.
Developers / Validators
You can fill out the Developer Onboarding Form to request early access to SDKs, documentation, and developer resources.
Yes. Scalion is designed to be compatible with both the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), allowing seamless migration of existing dApps.
Validator participation will be opened progressively. Interested parties can register via the Network Participation Form.
Performance, Fees & Security
According to expected performance targets, Scalion aims for 95% of transactions finalizing in under 0.6s and 99% in under 2s. These are subjects of ongoing optimizations.
Scalion is designed for stable, near-zero transaction costs, with a median target fee of around $0.0003 per transaction.
The architecture includes Tri-Path Consensus, decentralized validators, multi-client implementations, and continuous third-party audits. These measures are designed to deliver security and resilience.
Governance & Compliance
SCAL holders will be able to propose and vote on upgrades, validator elections, and compliance frameworks.
Yes, Scalion is designed with compliance in mind, aligning with global frameworks such as FATF, MiCA, GDPR, SEC, ECB, and BaFin.
